The scenarios and assumptions were agreed with the main stakeholders in the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (relevant ministries, the regulator and electricity experts), and the modelling inputs were coordinated with a team from the Macedonian Academy of Sciences and Arts involved in MARKAL modelling.
